How the trial works
- You create your account with your email address and add your business — no documents, no company details.
- Your account is active immediately. The day you register is day 1.
- For seven days you use everything free of charge.
- From day 8 your subscription continues — monthly or yearly, as you chose.
- Cancel before that under “My subscription” and you pay nothing.
There is one trial per location. Payment is by PromptPay QR or bank transfer.

Questions about pricing
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You cancel under “My subscription” in one click, at any time — even during the trial. Your subscription ends at the end of the paid period, or on day seven during the trial. Until then you can take the cancellation back.
Does the price depend on my industry?
No. Every industry pays the same 1,980 ฿ Promotion Special Price 990 ฿ a month (66 ฿ 33 ฿ a day) — the noodle shop as much as the spa, the hotel or the golf club, however many rooms, staff or guests you have.
Is there a price for paying yearly?
Yes: twelve months for the price of 10 — 19,800 ฿ 9,900 ฿ a year. You choose how to pay when you register and can change it later under “My subscription” from the next period.
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. For seven days you use everything free of charge; your first paid period starts on day 8. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Does the online shop cost extra?
No. The online shop is included in the price, in every industry that has it. Your customers pay you directly; SiamPoints takes no commission.
How do I pay?
By PromptPay QR or bank transfer to First Class Tech Ventures Co., Ltd. — from any Thai account, personal or business. SiamPoints is not a payment service provider: with the subscription you pay for our own service, directly to us; your guests' payments never go through SiamPoints, they always go straight to you.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Everything keeps running until the end. Under “My subscription” you download your business's data — bookings, reservations and feedback. After that we keep your data for another 6 months: if you come back, everything is still there. Before deleting it, we remind you twice by email.
