This is how simple it is

The code at the business, with your phone camera.

Sign in.
The first time: your email address and a code — no password. At every other business you're in straight after the scan.

Show the staff your four-digit visit number — the points arrive straight away.

Redeem.
For a reward you show a six-digit code. It's valid for 60 seconds — nobody else can use it.

Sign in without a password
You sign in with your email address: we send you a code or a link, and you're in — no password. Your phone remembers the sign-in, so next time you scan you're straight back in.
With the same sign-in you collect points at every business, make reservations and place orders.
Your data
- We only ask for what we need: your email address to sign in and a first name — a nickname is fine.
- The business sees your first name, your visits and points — never your email address.
- No business contacts you through SiamPoints, and we don't sell data.
- Under “My account” you can delete your data at any time with “Delete my data”.
Questions from guests
Does this cost me anything?
No. SiamPoints is free for guests. You only pay for what you buy at the business — directly at the business.
Do I have to download an app?
No. Everything runs in your phone's browser.
I have a new phone. Are my points gone?
No. Your points are tied to your sign-in, not to the phone. Sign in on the new phone with the same email address — and everything is back.
Will I get advertising?
No. Businesses can't send you messages through SiamPoints. We only send you emails about signing in, such as your code.
Do I get points for a review?
No. Points are for your visit or your purchase. Whether and how you review is up to you alone.
How do I delete my data?
Under “My account”, with “Delete my data”. Your points then lapse at all businesses.
