Red — The 1-Star Shield
Right next to it is “Complaint or suggestion”. Anyone with a problem tells you directly — no argument at the table. You see it at once in your own area and by email, and you can act while the guest is still there. Both buttons always sit side by side; the guest decides.
Green — Your Own Guest List
Every guest collects points with you and moves up through your tiers. You see who comes back: first name, visits, points and tier — never their phone number or email address. Your monthly report shows how many guests were new and how many returned.
Rewards that fit your business
For example: the longer treatment for the price of the shorter one, a foot bath on the house or a care product to take home.
Points are given per visit or per baht spent — however you set it up. You decide the rewards yourself, and regulars move up through the tiers. You can also show offers on your page. What you save is visible straight away.

Scan.
The guest scans the code on the table, at the counter or in the room. Nothing to download.

Collect points.
They show your staff their four-digit visit number. Your staff book the points in one step — per visit or per baht spent, however you set it up.

Review or speak up.
Two buttons of the same size appear on their phone: “Review on Google” and “Complaint or suggestion”. The guest chooses.
Redeeming is just as easy: the guest shows a six-digit code that expires after 60 seconds — nobody can take a photo of it and use it later.
Reservations with a valid license: appointments
Customers request an appointment right on your page — with the service, staff member and time. You confirm with one tap or reply with a fixed answer, such as “fully booked” or another time. The guest sees “Reservation confirmed”, and payment happens on site with you — no deposit, no fees. Reservations are available as soon as your health establishment license is uploaded in your area.
To reserve, a guest needs an account with a confirmed email address. That protects you from joke requests and them from strangers.
Online shop: care products
Care products with photos and ingredients — without health claims. Your customers pay you directly — by PromptPay QR or bank transfer. SiamPoints is not a payment service provider: we hold no money and take no commission. What you save goes live straight away.
To order, a guest needs an account with a confirmed email address.

Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need an app?
No. The guest scans with the phone camera and lands on your page in the browser. The first time, they sign in with their email address and a code — no password, that's all.
Is this allowed under Google's rules?
Yes. The buttons “Review on Google” and “Complaint or suggestion” are always shown together — nobody is filtered. Points are given for visits or purchases, never for a review. That is exactly what Google's rules require.
Do I have to confirm every request myself?
Yes. There's no calendar that accepts on its own — you stay in control. Confirming takes one tap, and your staff can do it too if you allow them.
How do I get the money?
Straight from your customers: by PromptPay QR or bank transfer to your account. SiamPoints is not in between.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You cancel in your area under “My subscription” in one click — at any time, even during the trial. Your subscription ends at the end of the paid period, or on day seven during the trial. Until then everything keeps running, and you can take the cancellation back.
How soon can I start?
Right away. You create your account with your email address and enter your business name, plus industry, location and phone — done. Your account is active immediately, your 7 free days start the same day, and points and Google reviews work with no documents at all. Only reservations need the documents your industry requires; you upload them later in your area.
